The Seeing Place Performance Incubator is an opportunity for performance makers of diverse practice and experience history to come together and explore and cross-pollinate their creation process in a safe and nurturing process.
The incubator is aimed at Directors, Devisors, Dramaturges, Play Writes and solo performance artists who are developing new works. Over four weeks of workshops Goldele Rayment will lead participates through a variety of performance making and devising techniques, including Anne Bogart’s Viewpoints & Composition techniques.
Workshops will explore how to generate new ideas, flesh out existing ideas, develop cohesive structures, characters and story arcs. Classes be tailored specifically to address the desired learning outcomes of participants.
The Seeing Place is an inclusive and integrated space and applications are invited from artists of all experience and ability levels.
