Lou Lou is a friendly greyhound who moves to a new neighbourhood and quickly settles in. She enjoys her favourite activities and meets diverse neighbours, including Lottie the cat, Uncle Kerry on his motorised scooter with his greyhound Biscuits, Jessie the baker, and the Magpie family in her backyard tree.

However, Lou Lou faces one problem: Lottie keeps visiting her yard uninvited and playing with her toys without permission. Lou Lou's frustration leads to escalating conflicts that disrupt the entire neighbourhood, culminating in a dramatic chase through the neighbourhood.

The story concludes with a community celebration where everyone contributes, and Lou Lou and Lottie play harmoniously together, demonstrating that friendship flourishes through mutual respect and clear communication.

This charming story teaches valuable lessons about boundaries, consent, and conflict resolution while celebrating diverse, inclusive communities.
